Ten years in the French Army, five of which were as a commando. At 32, he settled in Squamish, in the heart of the outdoors. A former soldier, mountaineer, paraglider, runner, cyclist, and swimmer, he has notably completed the Tour du Mont Blanc solo trail (170 km \/ 2 days 11 hours), the winter ascent of Mont Blanc (17 hours 53 minutes), the Transcontinental Race by bike (4,198 km \/ 13 days), the crossing of Spain from north to south (1,256 km \/ 6 days), and the swimming crossing of Lake Annecy (14 km, 14 °C).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhy this challenge?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo raise awareness about veterans' mental health, resilience in the face of trauma, and to remind everyone that they are never alone.
