Nicolas S. is an officer in CPA 10. Over the past two decades, he has participated with his unit in the most sensitive military operations, including 4 deployments in Afghanistan, 5 in the Sahel, and 2 in the Middle East. Among his qualifications: very high altitude parachutist (oxygen jumps) and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC: those who can guide fighter aircraft strikes from the ground). He has received 9 citations for acts of valor (5 on the Croix de la Valeur Militaire and 4 on the Médaille d'Or de la Défense Nationale). He has risen through the ranks, from team leader to Director of Operations for CPA10 (number 3 in the unit) until 2025.
