Official patch issued for the 40th anniversary of RAID. Fabric version (embroidered).

RAID (Recherche, Assistance, Intervention, Dissuasion - Research, Assistance, Intervention, Deterrence) is the elite unit of the French National Police, created on October 23, 1985, by Interior Minister Pierre Joxe on the recommendation of Commissioner Robert Broussard. Specializing in counter-terrorism, organized crime, and hostage situations, it notably led the assault on the Hyper Cacher in 2015 and the Saint-Denis operation on November 18, 2015. Its headquarters are in Bièvres (Essonne), and its motto is "Servir sans faillir" (To serve without fail).
