FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANAPI.

"Camerone at Dien Bien Phu" evokes the commemoration of the Battle of Camerone (April 30, 1863) celebrated by the legionnaires of the 13th Foreign Legion Half-Brigade (13e DBLE) in the heart of the Battle of Dien Bien Phu, on April 30, 1954. On that day, as the fate of the garrison was sealed, General de Castries, Colonel Langlais, and Geneviève de Galard were named honorary corporals of the Foreign Legion. A week later, on May 7, 1954, the entrenched camp fell after 56 days of fierce fighting.

ANAPI (National Association of Former Prisoners, Internees, and Deportees of Indochina), recognized as being of public interest, brings together former prisoners, internees, and deportees of Indochina between 1945 and 1954. It works to preserve the memory of the combatants of the French Far East Expeditionary Corps (CEFEO). Of the 40,000 prisoners in Viet Minh camps, only 9,000 returned.

Unisex cotton t-shirt, "Camerone at Dien Bien Phu" design.
