"Terre Sacrée" ("Sacred Land") pays tribute to the land of Indochina where thousands of French combatants fell between 1945 and 1954. The Fréjus Necropolis and the Indochina Wars Memorial now house the repatriated remains and keep their memory alive.

ANAPI (National Association of Former Prisoners, Internees, and Deportees of Indochina), recognized as being of public interest, brings together former prisoners, internees, and deportees from Indochina between 1945 and 1954. It works to preserve the memory of the combatants of the French Far East Expeditionary Corps (CEFEO). Of the 40,000 prisoners in Viet Minh camps, only 9,000 returned.
